Ozark Charm: Rustic, Cozy, Simple home, Minutes from fishing and hiking
*Relax and Unwind here at this simple and cozy house with Rustic and old school Vibes!! Bring you favorite book and relax on the deck or take a short walk to the bank of the lake. Share stories around the fire-pit while roasting hotdogs. Ballparks national is only a short drive away for the sports enthusiast! Explore the outdoors by enjoying local boat ramps, caves and hiking trails. Spend an afternoon golfing at the Old Kinderhook Golf Course. It is only two and a half miles away! During the summer, cool off and take the kids to Super Splash USA WaterPark. Head out for some adult time at the Ozark Amphitheater, wineries, and other attractions. Come relax at this peaceful and affordable house, that is perfect for families or anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of crowded areas. This is in a quiet and simple lakeside community that is away from the party scene. No pets allowed and this is a non smoking residence. There are many nearby attractions:
( 2 miles) Pebble Bay Club Grill; has a pickle ball court, cornhole, great food and is lakeside (3.5 miles:) HaHa Tonka State Park castle ruins, trails and kayak rental or bring you own kayaks. (4 miles) Adams Arcade (5.5 miles) Ozarks Amphitheater for concert lovers. (5.7 miles) Riverbird Winery by Shawnee Bluff (14 miles) Seven Springs Winery (6.5 miles) Adrenaline Zipline (7 miles) Bridal Cave ( Call for a reservation to have a guided tour) ( 7 miles) Larry Gale Access free boat ramp. and parking, snagging, quiet, small crowds (8 miles) Ball Parks National (9.3 miles) The Fish and Company Bar and Grill (11 miles) Super Splash USA Waterpark (14.5 miles) Public Beach #2, lake of the Ozarks State Park (2.5 mile) Old Kinderhook Golf Course. (24 miles) Bagnell Dam
* You can take a short walk to the grassy bank to sit at a picnic table or put in inner tubes. Please be understanding that sometimes there may be washed up logs and debris against the shoreline, depending on the water level. If you are looking for a boat ramp, instead, you have some options. There are three nearby options for taking a boat on the Lake. Two of these are a short drive and have parking and the other one is nearby but does not have parking. Here is the list. 1) Lary R Gale Access is 7 miles away and has a large boat ramp with free truck and trailer parking at the boat ramp. 2.) Linn Creek Boat Ramp is 8.7 miles away and has ample truck and trailer parking for $10 a day and $5 a day if you are just parking a truck. This is my favorite boat ramp and the short drive there is scenic. There is a drop box to leave the money. 3.) Last but not least, there is a community boat ramp that is a little over a block from the house. Most people choose the other boat ramps because there is no truck or trailer parking at the local community ramp, so you will need to drive your truck and trailer back to the house to park your truck and trailer, then walk down to your boat. Although, there is plenty of parking at the house for your boat and trailer, after a day of fishing. Also, the docks at this community boat ramp are private boat slips, owned by the locals so please don't tie your boat at these. It will need to be taken out as you leave the lake.
*Enjoy privacy and quietness on the deck or around the firepit, but be mindful and check to make sure that a burn ban is not in effect. After a day of fun, relax on the deck or, walk down to the community park, grassy area and sit at the picnic table and enjoy the lake view or venture out for more fun! Never a dull moment! * Nestled on the Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton, this property boasts a tremendous location, perfect for a relaxing getaway in a quiet community. Please notice that this is a non smoking building and no pets allowed. Stay here to enjoy the outdoors with nearby hiking, kayak rental at Ha-ha Tonka State Park or bring your own kayaks! Finish your evenings on a private deck and enjoy the tranquility. You will be cozy here with two queen beds and one full bed for a comfortable stay. With heating, WiFi, and AC, guests will have everything they need.

This home helped provide a shelter for myself and my friends during our senior trip. The home was a great place to stay. Cleanliness was spot on and communication with the property owner was great also. Really considering giving another chance to this place next time I come down. We loved the place and would definitely recommend!

Rustic&Simple
It was a good stay. Would have preferred more private bedrooms and clean floors. Other than that it was quite, enjoyed the fire pit and the property manager was accommodating
Great host , great place to stay . Very good location . For hiking at haha tonka . Swimming and kayaking there . Seeing the onyx cave . Not far from camdenton just in case you forget anything . Make sure you also eat at the hillbilly hut on the way in our on your way home .
Tiffany has a well stocked set up! She is very thoughtful about all the little details as to what you might need during your visit. This place has a cozy, comfy old school cabin feel.
The neighborhood was okay. There were no doors for bedrooms only just curtains. So no real privacy. Getting into the house was easy. Had great communication with the owner and very responsive with answers to questions.

Ants and spiders in the beds and tub
The host was very friendly and helpful ,but the property was in a bad trailer park, very dirty ants in the bed and dirty tub with spiders and overall not clean, my son and his family had to go to a hotel, they had ants crawling on them and ants covering there belongings.and a huge gap under the front door!
