"Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had to try many to find some that actually have any tire pressure or working breaks."

"Such an excellent house for a family holiday. Valerie even set up a gate around the pool to make it baby-safe and it made all the difference, meaning we were really able to relax. The house is spacious and clean, the beds are super comfy, the pool was great (even heated upon request) and the kitchen was stocked with most the essentials. It’s a great area too - we found a lovely bar in walking distance which has live music on a Friday and sells the most amazing homemade empanadas. Overall, an excellent stay and great communication throughout from Valerie. Thank you!! "

"Beautiful hotel in the mountains so peaceful. We stayed in the annex part which is a good 10 minute walk to the main hotel if you want to use the restaurant in the evening or the pool through the day. The annex also had its own pool which is wonderful and you can have your breakfast there too thankfully! The only bad thing about been in the annex was walking back on a night after our evening meal it was pitch black and not lit up enough, we missed our turning one night! Overall though a lovely hotel and huge rooms great breakfast and fantastic comfortable sunbeds around the annex pool. Would I return? I probably would but wouldn’t be my first choice as I’ve stayed in many mountain hotels in Mallorca which were better "

If you are looking for a remote location to spend time with family and friends, this is the place for you. I would also advice you to bring a mosquito repellent spray. "

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Sa Vall des Fangar and we can't fault the property or the service and communication with the hosts.The house has everything you would need for a comfortable self catering holiday. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there.The house has a mosquito net in the main bedroom and plug ins in the living area, but if you want to sit out in the evening then take a good mosquito repellant with you. The outside space and the pool are excellent, everything is very clean and to a high standard. The propetry location is rural and set in beautiful surroundings, because of this a car is essential. We had an amazing stay. Thank you "

"Lovely pool and well appointed rooms. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Parking on site was useful. Shower in our bedroom in need of some attention as the main head didn't appear to work. Overall very happy and enjoyed our short stay. Terrace with our room had some wonderful evening views"

"We visited 31/05/25 - 07/06/25This is a beautiful villa with exceptional pool area and loads of space for a family trip. We were three couples (family) and we had bathrooms each, lots of storage and hanging space, comfortable beds in air conditioned bedrooms. Location is wonderful. Location is terrific, Crestatx is a quiet hamlet five minutes out of Sa Pobla which has all amenities (supermarkets, Trains, Pharmacy etc) Fifteen minutes to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca and about the same to Alcudia and the huge beach in Port d"Alcudia. Close to Cala Sant Vincenc which is idyllic.We took a half day trip to the monastery at Lluc which was lovely - mountain drive on a small road but worth it. Trains from Sa Pobla (five mins away) to Palma - very easy cheap way to get into the city. Property was super clean and very well equipped, great outside sitting and dining areas, and lots of parking (we had three cars). Too hot to use the hot tub but it is a great feature. Katy is a great host very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful family holiday in this fantastic house. Highly recommended."
