Staff is friendly, but the location is terrible here, it's right next to an expensive toll booth so you will not have an easy time getting an Uber if you need one, and if you are driving you will be paying about R$40 any time you go out depending on which direction you're going. Food delivery is good there. The bathroom smells pretty bad and is rather outdated, the pool is in need of cleaning, and the pillows can sometimes have rips and tears on them. Overall it was fine since I got a good deal on it (half off the price) so I won't complain, but if I paid full price for this I would be very upset. They have a guy there who they recommend and are friends with, he charges R$100 to take you to the airport which is steep considering it's only a 7 minute drive, but again, you'll have a hard time finding an Uber to take you because of the toll booths, so it leaves you with fewer options.

The hotel is OK with some caveats: 1 - The rooms are really small, with no place for luggage. 2 - You have to pass twice in the toll if you’re coming from the airport or from Bandeirantes highway. If you stay in hotels east of VCP you avoid that.

This hotel is horrible for a multitude of different reasons. Let’s start with they placed it 100 feet after a toll, so everytime you leave and come back it’s 20$ each way. They used to do vouchers but stopped 3 years ago I was told, which is extremely greedy. The hotel itself is in terrible condition, I closed the bathroom door and the hatch in the ceiling fell and hit me. The shower is missing the finish on one side and looks extremely poor and run down. The room is small and the air conditioner barely works. The pictures are a complete lie about this property. The staff is also extremely incompetent, I expressed to the front desk I didn’t feel comfortable with cleaners in the room because there is no safe. Only to come back after being out 10 hours to somebody in our room. The front desk didn’t even offer an apology. There is a massive pot hole in the driveway which unavoidable and really can damage your car. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Absolutely terrible experience and they should be offering a refund.

Hotel é bom, os quartos são pequenos mas aconchegantes para um casal. O chuveiro é ótimo, e o café da manhã é delicioso e com muitas opções. O único ponto negativo é a localização, para entrar no hotel tive que passar pelo pedágio da cidade 2x, pois tem retorno. E depois fui sair do hotel, e novamente paguei 2x o pedágio.

O hotel possui boas instalações, bom café da manhã e equipe simpatica. Existe um problema cronico nos quartos. Eramos três casais e ficamos em três quartos e todos apresentaram o mesmo problema. O box não consegue vedar a agua que fica na área da pia e do vaso sanitário e não tem para onde sair. Outro problema grave é quem vai ficar hospedado no hotel e vai participar de algum evento em Indaiatuba. Tanto para ir quanto para voltar é necessário passar pelo pedágio (R$20,00) que acaba tornando a hospedagem bem mais cara.

Localização ruim, longe de tudo. Uber/99 cancelam com frequência por questão do pedágio próximo do hotel. Atendimento do restaurante muito ruim, funcionários muito mal preparados.
