"I had booked a room and when I arrived there they told me no more rooms were available after it was payed for. Made the stay so inconvenient on top of having to go to a different hotel for the night. Honestly the hotel they sent us to was so much nicer anyways. At least they were able to find us another stay"

"My room wasn't what I needed. (1) there was no chair to sit and read in, and (2) no reading lamp. (3) There was no table to work at with computer and files. (4) One couldn't get rid of the window shades and only limited daylight came into the room. (5) The bathroom sink didn't drain well and so when yo when back to use it a second time it was just a little gross. (6) the bed was good and so (7) was the shower in the bathroom.
