"We asked for a walk in shower but they gave us a room for a disabled couple. I am 5ft 3" and struggled with the sink etc. My husband is 5ft 10" and found it impossible due to it's low height. There was knowhere to put anything around the sink! We asked to change rooms but were told they were full for our 3 days there. Not what we expected! Next time we will ask for a shower not over a bath."

"My husband and I had a great overnight stay at Hyatt House when we were in Leeds for a comedy gig. The hotel is ideally placed for the train station and a short walk to the shops, restaurants etc of Leeds. The room was lovely, comfortable bed (Pillows were too soft for me but that's personal taste), lovely bathroom and a little kitchen area with fridge, Toaster, microwave and coffee machine, ideal for those staying a few days on business etc. The Rooftop bar was stunning and the cocktails were delicious, not cheap but that was expected. Breakfast was good and included in our offer which was very welcome. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back."

"I paid £38 for this room - which was about right- I wanted a bed for a few hours after a night out in Leeds - the hotel is opposite the station, so a great location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tired - the bedding and towels were clean - but the carpets, bathroom floor and shower tray were grubby. There was also a rip in my bedroom carpet. I got what I was expecting - but am glad I didn’t pay any more money."

"We had a great stay at the hotel including the buffet breakfast which was wonderful. Only part that we thought stood out was WiFi which was a limited one, with no option to connect to the TV nor to cast from our mobile devices. Our kid had to make do with whatever TV channels were available.""

"The hotel is very clean and all the staff are helpful and amazing. They are very prompt in responding to requests. On check out, I needed somewhere to keep my luggage as I did a little wander around the town whilst I waited for a lift and they happily kept my luggage in safe storage, The breakfast was excellent and the dining area was good; not crowded. I will give special commendation to Dony and Alicia at reception! ☺️"
