Gorgeous Canandaigua Lake Front Condo

Located in beautiful Resort Community of Bristol Harbour, right on Canandaigua Lake with beach and lake front access (June- September). Note that the community beach access is from Monday-Friday at noon for those renting. We also have a beach 5 minutes down the road that is open weekends for a small entrance fee.
and Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain.Whether you want a romantic getaway in the winter, family gathering for any special occasion, or a wonderful summer lake vacation, this location and home has it all. Town of South Bristol Short-Term rental permit # 2025-0020
right on Canandaigua Lake with beach and lake front access with the community private beach. Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain! Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Condo has 1 full bathroom with shower and a half bath on the main floor. Condo also has WIFI, Hulu Live and Netflix. Beach is open seasonal May-September. There is flexibility with time if there is not a back to back stay. Sorry NO pets and NO parties allowed.

Great stay, house was very clean, everything was in order, only issue I found was the stairs for the beach are closed and have been closed for a very long time, obviously the elevator is an awesome thing and I’m sure is in place due to the condition of the stairs but I did not see anything stated that the stairs were unusable but other than that small little quirk the stay was amazing and so was the host!

Stunning views of Canandauiga Lake!

Very comfortable and spacious condo with a fully stocked appliances in kitchen , plenty of towels, and spotless bedrooms. Host an as wonderful and flexible with check in and check out times.,Only one thing, carpets needed cleaning.

Fantastic stay in Canandaigua!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and decided to stay a little bit out of town. The condo was wonderful and the view was breathtaking. Perfect for morning coffee before a few hours trail running in Ontario County Park and Naples. The wedding was great, but staying here made for a much better trip. We’re hoping to visit again for more running and hiking!

Great Communication

Lindsey the host was great. We had a few questions prior to arriving and during our stay and she replied quickly. The only change on the check-in/checkout document would be to call out that the garbage dumpster outside is located at the end of the parking structure enclosed in a room. There is a door with a handle that you enter and the light switch is on your left. We had an amazing Girls Trip and will definitely return. The Finger Lakes area is beautiful and 5 full days wasn't enough to see everything.

Great Girls Weekend

We loved Lindsey's place! It was the perfect location for our Finger Lakes girls weekend. The kitchen is well stocked. The view is amazing. And we really liked the decor of the condo. We will definitely be staying again

Bristol Harbor debacle

The property was run dow! Dishwasher broken, dryer sounded like a fire alarm, the carpet going downstairs was frayed and I tripped twice on the frayed carpet. The construction in the garage was painful and getting into the parking space was difficult! Getting out worse. But on the bright side it was clean and the view spectacular. The property manager was helpful.

Beautiful lake views and great location

We just got home last night and greatly enjoyed our stay. The views of the lake from the living room and bedrooms are unforgettable and relaxing. The unit is layed out very comfortably with a washer dryer, perfect kitchen, great room, balcony and three bedrooms and full bath downstairs. I stayed with my two kids (9 and 13) and we all had a wonderful time at the private beach a few steps away. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Canandaigua and an hour to most other Finger Lakes locations. We visited Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Geneva, Corning and several wineries by Seneca Lake on our stay. The host was very proactive regarding construction in the garage and offered us a credit for our trouble which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again when visiting the region. Highly recommend.

Great condo for a family visit

My family traveled to visit me in NY for the first time. The condo was perfect, location was great and the beach was better than I had expected. The host even granted late check out so we could enjoy the beach a bit more. The condo had lots of supplies that was much appreciated (coffee, seasonings, etc). Assigned parking was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Renting, preached to by owners

Property was as described with exception of being located on a cliff. Elevator access to lake beach area. Nosy resident policing beach and community kayaks, not appreciated!!! Asked twice (In 2 days) if an owner or renting then lectured when responded renting. Very much disliked the lecture, if I wanted nosy neighbors I could have gotten that for free at home! Asked where staying but declined to give specifics, felt like would be getting owner in trouble.
