Please note, due to being an apartment complex, there is a no party policy and noise needs to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Non-compliance can result in removal of guests without refund and a $500 fee. We also have a no smoking/vaping policy within the apartments both indoors and out, with a $200 cleaning fee for non-compliance.
