Guests have exclusive access to the property.

Please note that the garage is accessible to the neighbouring apartment via a door leading to their garage. For your security, please ensure your vehicles are locked at all times when parked in the garage. The door between the apartment and the garage is lockable to provide normal security for the property.

PLEASE NOTE

- Please ensure you enter the exact number of guests staying. We lock bedrooms that are not needed based on the number of guests in the reservation.
- This property is spread across three levels and has stairs. There is no lift available.
- This is a townhouse and is in close proximity to neighbouring properties. One of the rooms has a permanently locked double door. On the other side of this door is a small separate apartment.
- Street parking is available, with a 2-hour limit during business hours. Parking is unlimited during evenings and weekends.
- If you are staying on a Thursday night, we may ask you to move the outdoor bins to the roadside for the weekly Friday morning collection.
- A $300 refundable security deposit will be held during your stay. This is not an additional charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear in your transactions two days before checkout. It will be released after checkout, provided there are no issues requiring a deduction.
