"They did not make the bed or clean the room Everyday , They did once I asked them too … out of 5 days only made the bed and cleaned the room once . Staff was amazing though food is what you get with an all inclusive . "

"The property is brand new and the pool was amazing. The obstacle course on water was a blast for my children. Oscar O. with in-room dining in the North tower brought breakfast for us 2 mornings and was very helpful. He told us about the hotel's history and was very welcoming. The selection of food was vast though the restaurant reservation was difficult - either we got 5pm or 8pm time. The staff were all very friendly. The Ava Kids club had family drop in which was great for us."

"I would like a full refund from Expedia. The resort did not allow my friends to stay with me because they previously worked there. We were forced to stay at another resort. the 6 day trip has now cost me over $8,000 dollars."

"Overall our experience at GR Solaris was nice , my family and I stayed here for 6 days 5 nights. We were able to enjoy most of the amenities the staff are amazing! but the only thing we struggled with is the pool chairs. We find that a lot of people would put their towels early in the morning to save the chairs and not use them until the afternoon which I don’t think is fair for other people who actually wants to use it. In my opinion, the resort should place some type of rule on how long these chairs can be used so that everybody gets a chance and not hog it all day. And also, one of the restaurants was not open when we were there and so we never got to try it. "
