We had a great stay at NYX Hotel Cancun. The location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach with amazing ocean views. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The pool and beach area were very nice and relaxing, and the bar was well-stocked with good drinks. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. Overall, great value for the price. We would definitely come back!

Hotel NYX was wonderful. The beach was perfect. Staff was great and helpful. The food was excellent, lots of high quality choices and theme dinners. Drinks were great and the activities and nightlife were a lot of fun. 2 thumbs up for the lobby bar music performances at night. Great musicians. The hotel has a unique character which isn't always the case. I would definitely go again.

This property is small enough to be very personal, but large enough to have all amenities. Many of the staff gets to know your name by the end of the week! Check in and out was very easy. The restaurants food was excellent, with lots of variety each day. Beachside service was second to none, with plenty of beachside chairs available.
