Ocean and Lagoon stunning views, balcony, spa, gym, beach, pool

  • My place is directly on the beach and recently remodeled as new. Views are spectacular and the beach is beautiful. Facilities like pools, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, shades, gym, tennis court, parking, are available for you free of charge
    Wifi, Smart tv, AC.
    We have an all inclusive feature that is optional daily for food and drinks as we share facilities with Oleo Cancun resort (today $90 usd p/p per day)

    There are 3 restaurants across the street and a convenience store .

    Beautiful 8th floor remodeled studio with comfortable king size bed and gorgeous views in a quiet and safe aerea of Cancun´s hotel zone. Ocean front balcony, Wifi, Smart Tv, safe, A/c, fridge, microwave.

    Pets under 15 pounds are allowed. They must follow some rules as they can´t stay more than 2 hours alone and/or barking

    Smoking is prohibited
    Keep silence between 22-8
    You must wear a wristband that will identify you as Condominium guests.
    Visitors are not allowed
