A superb hotel. Nice pool, a private beach, clean spacious rooms, fantastic service, very good food at the restaurant, and a nice gym. I would like to recognize these staff members for awesome customer service, Deepa and Sanderp at the front desk, Yash a server in the restaurant, Sanyat a fantastic driver, and Pramod a very good driver too, Bachman a very good lifeguard, and Brian who works at the outdoor bar, super service also.

The perfect stay for easy walkable access to candolim beach and a traditional stay. The staff are so lovely and took great attention to detail - Azhar and Ashwin thank you for the cleaning wnd beautiful room decorations. Imam was also an amazing staff taking care of us at the pool bar and during breakfast! Felt super welcome and experienced great hospitality from the staff - almost as royalty. An unforgettable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay hospitality was nice The only two comments that I'd like to make on why I didn't get five stars is the casino cleanliness and the ocean view for our suite wasn't actually an ocean view it was covered by trees.

Like - Proxmity to the beach / beach access Dislike - Food was horrible, Hot Water in shower ran ONLY boiling hot; drinks were HORRIBLE (Was served a dirty martini and argued why it was not DRY, when I ordered a Dry Martini). Internet was CHOPPY at best.

It is an excellent property which i did not expect. really liked it. very close to candolim and calamari. also has a very well made path to the beach. Much better than lemon tree, radisson etc on candolim road!

It’s not a 5 star hotel and I can only give them 3 star. Upon check in date, not enough staff at all, WiFi code need to wait over 15 minutes, beach towel wait for 25 minutes, swimming pool water not very clear, hotel is a bit old and need to remodel to keep it as a 5 star. Lucky that book it in promotion rate otherwise not worth at all. Air conditioner is noisy. The room floor is so dirty as I need to wear slipper all the times otherwise my feet will get dirt. Pool area didn’t maintain good for the table and sunbath cushion. I really can’t believe that how it rate for 5 star hotel?

Utrolig WiFi på hotellet, maten på hotellet var ikke bra. God service i resepsjonen. Skulle ikke tro at dette hotellet kun var 8 år gammelt, begynte å se slitent ut. Fint bassengområde, tilgang, men dårlig strandområde.
