Excelente hotel e hospedagem e equipe excelente

A experiência foi boa e o atendimento foi sensacional. Tive alguns problemas com outros hóspedes barulhentos, mas a equipe prontamente resolveu o problema. A academia e o restaurante deixam um pouco a desejar, precisa melhorar a qualidade das carnes (por mais incrível que possa parecer), mas nada que impacte consideravelmente a hospedagem. No geral o hotel é excelente, vale muito a pena.

O Hotel é fantástico, desde a estrutura, clima familiar, cozinha e serviços. O serviço é maravilhoso, todos muito disponíveis, em especial o pessoal do restaurante. Falando do restaurante, que é comandado pelo chef Mateus, tudo é perfeito. Todos os passos expetaculares. Sempre fiquei em Gramado. Depois dessa estadia, não troco Canela por nada!! Parabéns a todos!

Hotel moderno, quartos grandes, decoração bonita e atual! O banheiro da suíte é aberto para o quarto (eu particularmente não gosto disso, tira a privacidade e qq ida ao banheiro durante a noite acorda seu parceiro…arquitetos acham muito lindo e hóspedes acham desconfortável) o colchão da cama é duro, necessário um pillow-top urgente! Café da manhã Ok ( tem bons itens mas a reposição não é regular…acaba, por exemplo uma torta e não vem novamente! Um hotel agradável, longe da muvuca e sem excursões…com alguns detalhes a mais seria incrível!
