Central cosy Appartment

The Appartment was nice and cosy, and was newly renovated. Top floor, lagre terrace facing west, with some seaview. Separate baht and toilet was a plus. The Appartment had well funtioning aircondition, and was well equipped. The bathroom/toilet smelles «damp». The building itself was a bit run down. There was an elevator, but you need to use the stairs (10 steps) to reach the elevator, and also the steps to go from 5th to 6th floor. The location was excellent, very central. Informasjon parking in nearby parking garage was also available. Our host was easy ro reach, and we managed to overcome some language barriers 🙂

Séjour parfait ! La vue est digne d'une carte postale, entre ciel, mer et montagne. Le logement est moderne, chaleureux et extrêmement bien équipé. Rien à redire, tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs.Et le propriétaire, d'une hospitalité et d'un professionnalisme irréprochable. Nous reviendrons !

Accueil des plus sympa avec Alain !Appartement idéalement situé (proche mer, commerces) et très bon ensoleillement avec même la vue sur les Pyrénées !!Parking très appréciable.L’appartement est très bien équipé (manque juste un grille pain et un couteau à huîtres) et la literie très confortable.Seul point négatif, les mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain.Nous recommandons cet appartement !

Super séjour malgré le vent

L’appartement correspond aux photos. Une très belle vue . La terrasse est superbe. L’appartement est bien agencé, agréable, beaucoup de rangements côté cuisine ce qui est fort appréciable. Alain nous a bien accueillis, explications brèves et suffisantes. Le parking est vraiment un plus, plus.. car pas facile de trouver un stationnement dans la rue. Situation A côté de la plage, commerces, marché, pharmacie, traiteur, Gros Bémol : il faut vraiment revoir le problème des odeurs dans les toilettes, qui se propage dans la chambre à deux lits… Également faire le nécessaire pour pouvoir fermer la porte vitrée! Difficile de l’ouvrir en voulant sortir de l’appart et On n’a pu la fermer à notre départ! En espérant que ces petits problèmes soient résolus, on reviendra sûrement et avec grand plaisir.

Séjour à Canet

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un cadre idyllique, nous 4 amis d’enfance nous avons pu fêter dignement les 50 ans de la 3ème . Avec nos éclats de rires et là musique nous n’avons réveillé personne . Je recommande vivement l’appartement et sa terrasse sont suffisamment spacieux pour 6 personnes

Vacances en famille

Alain est un hôte à l’écoute et le logement est spacieux et superbe. Immeuble très calme et très bien situé en plein centre ville et à proximité de tout. La place de parking est aussi très appréciable. Dommage le manque d’ombrage sur la terrasse. Je recommande cet appartement. Brigitte

Appartement très bien placé

A deux pas de la plage, bel appartement, lumineux et spacieux. Literie très confortable, tous les accessoires à disposition. Globalement très propre. Un gérant très sympa qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer à notre arrivée. Idéal entre amis ou en famille. Grande terrasse pour y manger quand la météo est au rdv. Nous recommandons .
