Nice property walking distance to Canmore

Great property for our group of 8. Really appreciated the kitchen stocked with all cooking needs, plenty of towels, and basics like toilet paper and shampoo in the bathrooms. Enjoyed sitting on the deck outside in the evenings after a wonderful day exploring in the Banff area. About a 10 minute walk to town which was great.

Amazing rental

Perfect location ! Comfortable beds. Soaking bath tubs and heated floors were a nice plus. Host easy to get in contact with . Would recommend others to stay at this property Only caution for those staying with young child is lots of stairs

Good for large groups

We had a lovely family time, great views and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our one piece of advice is to refresh the bed linens and bathroom towels.

Canmore Ski Trip

Fantastic property in a very convenient location in Canmore. Ideal for a family holiday in Summer or Winter and very easy access to the highway to the local ski resorts. Well appointed and great property. Hosts were great and made it a very convenient stay. Overall great property, well appointed and super hosts.

Great property - perfect for large group

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property. The house had everything our group of 11 needed and there were no complaints during our stay. The property is located about 20 minutes from the town of Banff and less than an hour from Lake Louise. Would highly recommend for families/large groups that are looking to stay in the Banff area to explore or hit the slopes!

Condo stay

The condo was exactly what we needed for our family. The space gave everyone elbow room. The proximity to things that we took part in while in Canmore was excellent. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wedding - Friends/Family Condo

We utilized Mercer complex for all of our wedding guests and highly recommended renting multiple condos from Jackie! The condos were well cleaned and equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we will be back!

Awesome townhouse

This townhouse worked great for our family. It was close to everything so we would walk. Finding parking in Canmore was sometimes difficult. It was nice to have the levels so no-one was below us, especially with kids. We had so much fun and would absolutely stay at the townhouse again!!!

Once in a Lifetime; 50th Wedding Anniversary Weekend Celebration, Big Hit!

This home was perfect for our large family. Celebrating our 50th Anniversary weekend as a family under one roof was very special. This spacious townhouse gave us plenty of room to enjoy our time together. The location was ideal for leaving our vehicles parked for the weekend and walking to all the great sites Canmore offers. We appreciated the set up. We spent the weekend with our kids and grandkids (11 of us total). The kitchen was very nice with lots of extras. Having so many bathrooms was also nice. It was clean and well taken care of. Just a short drive to downtown and we walked to some restaurants and coffee shops. Thanks so much.

Fun time with family...8 of us!!!

Good location....one of the bedrooms on the third level had a baby bed in it that took up a great deal of the space....we only had adults....no closet in that bedroom also....bedroom on second floor had bed too close to closet door.....had to move bed over to get into closet....master bedroom was good....sheets on bed did not fit properly...over all we enjoyed our stay.....grandparents, children & their spouses & 2 adult grandsons...

Large family (4 kids 6 adults 1 infant)

We stayed in Canmore for three nights, and definitely enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are large, and all have their own big bathrooms, everyone got a great amount of privacy. The house is very comfortable and clean, all the beds were really cosy as well. A few minor things needed to be fixed, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay, and the host responded quickly. The only thing I would warn people about is that there is no main floor bathroom, only one bathroom in the basement, and then all other bathrooms are in the bedrooms up the stairs. Prepare to do a lot of stairs during your stay, especially if you’re staying at the top floor. We would definitely recommend this location as it’s very close to downtown Canmore and would stay again.

Home away from home in the mountains

We had a fantastic weekend in the mountains at this property! The rental was spotless and exactly as advertised when we arrived, with enough space to comfortably sleep all 12 of us, and a well-stocked kitchen for people interested in cooking their meals. The views of the mountains from many of the bedrooms were stunning. The rental owner was very helpful with check-in and check-out instructions (even letting us check out at a later time on our final day). The only hiccup of the weekend was the leak protection in the plumbing shutting off our water when all 4 showers were in use after a day of skiing, but this was easily and quickly remedied following a quick chat with the rental owner (turning a valve in the basement). This is a perfect property choice for those with a large group of friends or family looking for a weekend away from home without foregoing any of the comforts you are used to!

Overall a great place

This property is fantastic for groups. The overall layout worked great for us (two families, with young kids) as each family got a floor with two bedrooms. Our check-in was super easy and the property manager (Jackie) is great at communicating. We had a small issue when we first arrived and Jackie arranged to have it resolved within a few hours. One thing to note for others is that the setup of the units lends itself to groups getting together. On our weekend, there were 3 units rented for stagette parties and another for a guys weekend. The noise levels got loud at times and at some strange hours (late at night when they would return from partying). This is outside the control of the owner (hence our 5 star review), but something to note for others if you are looking for a super quiet environment.

Lovely place, could use better cleaning

Pros: We had a great time here. We have stayed in these townhouses for many years and always enjoy them. Nice and spacious with lots of dishes and towels. The owner left some goodies for us for Christmas which was very nice, and it was cozy and comfy in general. Great location, great parking. Cons: no cheese grater so bring your own, and the main floor couch is broken - it’s usable but anyone sitting in the broken area won’t be comfortable. We stayed here over Christmas so we didn’t want to call the property manager to have cleaners come back on Christmas Eve so we dealt with the uncleanliness - clearly floors haven’t been vacuumed or washed in a longtime, the was quite a bit of hair around the bathroom, and lots of personal items and empty drink bottles left under beds and in the corner of rooms. When we pay top dollar for a townhouse and a cleaning fee, we expect it to be reasonably clean. Counters, sinks and toilets were clean but no floors at all. The mop provided was broken. Vacuum worked ok but not great at all. We ended up bringing our own for our own basic cleaning. Otherwise not a bad place to stay!
