The room was clean and equipped with a Nespresso machine (with pods), a kettle and a small fridge. The outdoor hot tub was also a very nice feature. The location on Main Street was great and we were able to park our vehicle and walk to restaurants, artPlace and the shops.

The room was set up beautifully and was clean and the staff were fantastic. The door handle to our room ran out of batteries and we were locked outside, but the manager ran up and gave us a key for the remainder of our stay. The bed is comfy, sheets and towels were clean. Parking was fine we were always able to get a spot outside our room.

We knew it was a motel and the price was super reasonable so we didn’t have high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. There are no extras but for the price and the cleanliness we were happy! FYI there is an ice machine at the front desk and even though we didn’t use it, the hot tub looked decent.

The room was really nice and all of the staff we talked to were super helpful and kind! Specifically Michelle at the office was very sweet and super helpful getting us checked in. This hotel is in a great location, very central in Canmore so it makes it walkable to restaurants/shops. When we arrived our room was mostly clean, minus you could tell they didn’t wipe surfaces down as there was makeup marks all over the counters I the bathroom. The only downside to our stay was if you’re a light sleeper, the walls are quite thin, you hear all activity outside your room and the fact that they say there is Parking (1 stall per group) but there isn’t. So if you go out at night and you’re driving you aren’t likely to get a parking spot so you have to street park. All around though, I would definitely stay here again

Great location in Canmore. Rooms were dark and noisy. Could hear every footstep of guests walking on the second floor. The building itself also made a lot of noises. Couch wasn’t very comfortable. The room blew a fuse when using the blow drier. If you’re not going to be in the room a lot it’s a decent place to sleep if you aren’t a light sleeper. Their shuttle service to the spa was very handy.
