Owners very clearly communicate! Nice property with pool, bbq, hot tub! Good amenities in apartment. Room little hot in summer, but good fan/AC. Thanks for a great vacay!!

Nice Summer Staycation

As Alberta residents, it was nice to find a family friendly spot in Canmore for a few days of mountain biking. Nice property - great hosts.

Great condo. Nice location and unit was very clean. Loved having the outside grill and laundry in unit. Owner was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

We loved the accommodations. We did have trouble with the dryer knob not working. Heated garage is a plus. Check-in was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and awesome pool.

We loved our stay here everything between us the owners and the property manager were great. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the gentleman at the desk when we checked in, hopefully he was just having a bad day. Definitely would recommend this condo though and would stay here again.

Canmore Getaway

The Lodges of Canmore complex is an aging property and not clean. However, the private unit we stayed in was clean. We have stayed at multiple rentals over 20 years but never in the particular area of Canmore. It was easy to commute to Banff daily for work. We also enjoyed the access to trails right from the condo door.

Beautiful property as a 1 bedroom

We loved this condo unit with a variety of hot tubs, good amenities and great location. But the pull out couch was not a good option for a second bed at all. All other extras, from the BBQ on the patio to the underground parking and complimentary park pass, were wonderful.

We loved how there was coffee ,clean towels ,washer dryer,tv with lots of channels.I wished it had a deeper clean.behind the bedside tables , bathroom floor. A suggestion to make the livingroom more comfortable would be a sectional couch.Loved having the hot tub and pool included.

Lodges at Canmore, Grizzly Lodge

Please make your guests aware that the suite isn't really suited to 2 couples as the bathroom is ensuite. Also, the pull out sofa bed is very uncomfortable (and I'm used to camping, so no princess!!!) Overall the suite was adequate for our purpose, but a bit tired looking.

Canmore Condo

The location of this condo is great. We were able to walk downtown for meals and shopping. We were visiting with family who were in the same building so that worked well. The condo was clean and functional- a few more towels should be provided especially for the pool and a luggage rack would be great as not much storage. There were lots of dishes including coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. We appreciated the air conditioner as it was very hot that weekend. It was an enjoyable stay!

Property was easy to find coming in from Calgary. We arrived early but contacted our condo liaison and we were able to check in earlier than usual. Hot pool and one hot tub were not functioning at full temperature capacity (they were both about 82 degrees F... This caused the other two fully functioning hot tubs to get crowed especially at night. Underground parking was a nice feature as we got snow on several different occasions so we never had to clear off our vehicle as we headed out to ski for the day. Restaurants in downtown Canmore were easy to navigate to from this location as was access to grocery store in town. Highway access was super simple and straight forward from the Lodges of Canmore so it made it very easy to jump on the highway and head to Banff, Norquay, Sunshine, or Lake Louise on a daily basis. Having a working washing machine and dryer in our condo was awesome. We were able to dry all skiing gear each night and not have to clutter our living area with wet clothing/gear. Would totally recommend this location and will be back again!

Great location! Easy, scenic walk to downtown Canmore. Unit was very clean, with a nice sized deck. Love having access to an outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs at the resort.

I enjoyed this unit very well it was really easy to access and check in. But the AC wasn’t working so it was quite hot the whole time but nothing else to complain about

Unfortunately bad stay

Once we got to the main lobby we were immediately told that our hot tub in our building (grizzly lodge) was closed. I immediately messaged the host who quickly responded to let us know that the hot tub in the wolf lodge would be open, no other solution was provided. This was not communicated before our stay and was very disappointing, we tried to go to the hot tub in the wolf lodge and it was so busy we didn’t even get to use it one time . If we would have known before hand we would have gone somewhere else. Our nice romantic relaxing getaway turned out to be nothing of the sort. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and so was the pull out couch. In the room there was a binder that said we would receive a welcome basket, we did not. The building was very noisy and the door had an annoying squeak. Over all we did not have a good experience and will not be back.
