Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix est très correct et la chambre, spacieuse et confortable. En revanche, quelques points mériteraient d’être améliorés : la propreté de la salle de bain, où des traces d’humidité et de légères taches de moisissure étaient visibles, ainsi qu’un bruit d’écoulement d’eau constant provenant des toilettes. Le personnel pourrait également se montrer un peu plus accueillant. Malgré cela, notre séjour a globalement été agréable.

Hotel is a good choice hotel off the main harbour of Cannes quite comfortable, staff are friendly only issues we had was first night at accommodation we were woke up by a violent fight in the corridor, then when we upgraded to a suite the rooms safe was broken staff fixed it however bathroom drains didn't seem to be flowing very well

C’est vendu comme un 4* mais c’est au mieux un 3* médiocre Pas de balcon alors que j’avais reservé pour ça, c’était sur les photos de l’annonce Chambre petite, qui donne sur la rue bruyante Télé qui fonctionne mal Meubles sales et abîmés Pas de portant pour les serviettes Coussins en plastique Rien pour se restaurer à part du snacking J’ai dû payer près de 20 euros pour une nuit au parking sous terrain à proximité Aucune attention client

En pleine nuit (23,30h), notre porte été déforcée: La clé de la chambre a été donné a 2 autres personnes, qui sont venues dans la nuit envoyées par du personnel de la réception de l’ hôtel!! Le matin quand nous demandons la raison de cette intrusion, le réceptionniste nous explique que « ça arrive » (!) parce que après 22h il n’y avait plus du personnel de hôtel pour faire Check in . Le surveillant de l’ hôtel a fait Check in avec la liste des chambres libres fournie par l’hôtel , donc, notre chambre était dans la liste?? Ceci est inadmissible , surtout pour un hôtel classe 4 étoiles. ceci d’autant plus que le lavabo était à moitié bouche, avec écoulement des eaux insuffisant, et que les eaux des toilettes fuyaient dans arrêt, pas de dépannage après 4 jours de séjours!! Le Shampoing n’est fourni qu un jour sur deux! L’hôtel Montaigne, ne mérite pas la classification de 4 étoiles.

Je n’ai pas eu la chambre prévue ! J’ai payé pour une junior suite avec terrasse et j’ai eu une chambre deluxe ! J’ai fait un signalement à la direction des fraudes. Le personnel a été méprisant quand j’ai contesté ils ont appelé la police qui fasse aux documents que j’ai fournis ont constate l’infraction mais ils n’ont pu m’obtenir une autre chambre
