  • On the first floor of a period building, this elegant studio with a small sun-drenched terrace overlooks the private garden. Located 200 meters from Cannes train station, it is ideally situated in the heart of the city, a few minutes' walk (500m) from La Croisette, the beach, and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.

    It is equipped with a mezzanine with a double bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, an open kitchenette with ceramic hob and a refrigerator.
    Shared laundry room and garden for guests.


    Ideally located in a central neighborhood close to the city center and the train station, this freshly renovated studio is perfectly suited for conference attendees, visitors wishing to take the train to visit the towns and villages of southern France (Grasse, Menton, Vence, Antibes, Nice, Théoule, Saint Tropez and more), or summer vacationers wishing to enjoy the sea and water activities.
    You will find all amenities without needing to use any transportation; public and private beaches are within walking distance, as are Provençal markets (flowers, local fish, groceries, and flea markets).

On arrival we could not access the property as the host had provided incorrect information to access the main entrance.When we gained access to the apartment it was smelly - sinks and shower were dirty. The shower in particular had mould around the edge of the shower tray and the drain was filled with other occupants hair, disgusting. Before settling in we had to purchase cleaning products to make these areas useable.Only 2 towels, totally insufficient for a week’s stay.Dishes and glasses were greasy and put us off using them. In fact the week we were there we did not cook once because of the level of uncleanliness.The garden was overgrown, unkempt and unusable. We did ask the host to have the garden tidied, the attempt was less than satisfactory. Leaves everywhere, garden furniture rusted, cushions dirty.All of these issues let the property down despite its super location.Would not recommend the property to anyone for the reasons set out above. Very disappointing experience. Kenny and Sandra Knox
