I stayed at Villa Marina Cannes in August 2024. Villa Marina Cannes is a regular building with apartments for rent. The apartment was listed as a 2-bedroom under the Bedroom information, it turned out to be a 1 bedroom with sofa-bed, which was very uncomfortable as we were 3 adults and a 2 year old child. I asked management to correct the information on Expedia. The apartment I got was small and overpriced for what it was. There is no washing machine, which was a real problem. The location is good, close to the port and the main tourist area.

the property was the perfect location for me...and proximity to Cannes Lion. it was far enough out of the way where it was quiet. it was reasonably priced...but also very convenient to restaurants/shops

The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it.
