Amazing and friendly staff. Clean and lovely little spot, so much better than a motel 6 but for comparable pricing. The staff sometimes vacuum early in the morning, but that’s better than the alternative!

Room is clean staff is friendly excellent shower disappointed with breakfast it basically is waffles toast or cereal and only two choices for cereal

Ceiling paint in bathroom peeling. The grout in the bathroom was filthy. The chairs were stained terribly. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable. I would not recommend staying there.

Sid at the front desk is AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond his duties to help me and make my stay easy and stress free .. i had originally booked at another hotel but it had bed bugs and bad and i had arrived in canton late And had one hour before my first day at a new job and had driven all night so his kind and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. THANK YOU SID !! N

Cindy welcomed me at the front desk and was very accommodating with a change I needed. She was pleasant and friendly and greeted me every time we met up. Great job at this location! Clean and quiet and I felt safe.

Wrong room type was assigned to us - not enough beds so it took time to correct it. Julia at the front desk was new to the job, but very kind and did her best to correct the situation for us. Leather seats in the lobby were in bad shape, and all the plants were dead. Once we got the correct room we had reserved, we had to kill 12-15 stink bugs that were on the curtains, counters, and walls. No option to go to another hotel for the night. We would NOT sit in the lounge chair - it was grossly dirty. Arm was broke off the desk chair which had been glued on previously. Water damage to the ceiling. Broken clothes hangers. Beds were clean and comfortable, which was all we needed for one night, although there were bleach stains on the printed bedspreads. Not enough towels in the room. No sense reporting all of this to the front desk, as Julia was already handling multiple issues all by herself and calling the owners to walk her through problems. Owners did not attempt to come back to help her. We're not fussy travelers, so as long as we had clean beds for the night and a place to freshen up, we're good, but next time I have to kill multiple flying bugs in the room I will opt to sleep in my car instead.

I booked and paid for a hotel room in advance. At the reception, I was given a key and went to the room. However, the room wasn’t prepared for guests—it still needed to be cleaned. I returned to the reception, and they gave me the key to another room without any issues. Overall, everything was fine, but I wish they paid more attention to cleanliness. The bathroom was a bit dirty, with hair on the floor. Everything else was clean. The room was warm and equipped with an iron, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, and TV. I didn’t have high expectations, so I am quite satisfied with this hotel.

Lotsa trash in the little room where the washer & dryer is. They don’t wash the bed linens!!! Watched the owners wife make a bed after someone checked out with the same linens instead of using clean ones.
