"The check out is supposed to be at 11 am, 10:24 am a housekeeper knocking at the door ready to come inn with the master key, let the guest check out before you coming inn. That was very disappointing I was in the shower getting ready to leave."
"The ice cream in the lobby Friday night was amazing for tired little ones who braved a full morning of traveling! The hotel is just a bit older and I prefer more modern but that's me- the rooms are a little small or my sisters and I over packed 😩 but the staff and everything we needed was available and or provided. The same day laundry, the dinner delivery to your room... all of it was amazing"
