SPACIOUS VILLA - BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE POOL & GARDEN.

"Great villa, great location. Only a couple of minutes walk to 3 restaurants then about 15 minutes walk into town. It is very hilly though so would be hard work for people with walking difficulties.The villa had everything we needed in it, including lots of floats for the pool, books to read and films to watch.Richard is a fantastic host, the communication was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this villa."

"L'emplacement de l'hotel est super. Le fait d'avoir le restaurant, la piscine et les services à même l'hotel c'est vraiment parfait. C'est le meilleur des deux mondes entres un hotel et un resort. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Toutefois, l'intérieur de l'appartement pourrait être rafraichi. Certains meubles sont abimés et il pourrait y avoir une base d'aliment dans la cuisine ( huile, sel et poivre etc). Mais sinon, pour une famille c'est vraiment une super option que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et surtout les deux soirées spectacles guitare au restaurant c'était vraiment super."

"Very clean. Excellent location, walking distance from beach. Good amenities in room and air conditioning. En suite bathroom a little small, meant that things got wet in the bedroom. Would be great to have a small fridge in the room to store food and drink. Internet was also patchy. But overall great stay!"

"This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at Teresa's villa. It is in a quiet location, despite being a stone's throw from the airport. It is only a short drive from Mahon, Cala en Porter and other nearby beaches.The villa itself is very clean and has all the facilities you would need, including gas bbq, washing machine, dish washer, air conditioning etc etc.The pool is also very clean and well maintained, surrounded by some lovely flowering shrubs, and there is a lovely 'snug' at the top of the garden where one can relax in the shade."

"Superbe villa à proximité des épiceries, restaurants et d’une superbe cala. La villa est bien équipée et propre. C’était très apprécié d’avoir du savon pour les mains, des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et du détergent pour la lessive. Les lits sont confortables. Tout était parfait! Nous reviendrions sans hésiter."

"Very lovely villa. Really good communication with Paco. Pool very nice and kept well. Pool towels and more sun beds would have been nice. A little more remote than we expected not really a pleasant walk to sea or restaurants."
