"Logement idéal pour un couple !Il ne manque rien pour tout ce qui du rangement, cuisine, salle de bain ... et la clim !La grande terrasse nous a permis de passer de bons moments, pour manger, se reposer dans les transats, profiter du barbecue ... Et tout cela avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer !Pour retrouver la rue, bien sûr il y a la soixantaine de marches, mais en prenant le temps, cela se fait très bien.Quartier très calme."

Beach House en Triplex a 5 Minutes de la Plage

"L'annonce correspondait très bien. L'hôte est adorable et répond très rapidement aux questions. Le triplex à une vue extraordinaire (vraiment à couper le souffle de jour et de nuit) et on y trouve vraiment tout le nécessaire.On est vraiment tout près de la plage qui est juste merveilleuse. On peut aller à pied très facilement dans le centre de Roses.La seule chose qui nous a manqué : une clim. Il faisait vraiment super chaud ! Et juste en commentaire : attention, il y a pas mal de marches (escalier) à monter et descendre, une belle côte également à grimper en revenant de la plage : la belle vue se mérite mais attention si vous n'êtes pas très en forme ou très mobile."

"Idéal pour 4 personnes.Tout équipé : four, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver...On a adoré la terrasse avec une excellente vue sur la baie ainsi que la proximité de la plage de Canyelles accessible à pieds en quelques minutes.Cadre agréable et paisible.On a passé une très bonne semaine de vacances.Le box est appréciable. -Le confort de la literie mériterait d'être amélioré."

"Quedé entrada a las 12h con la propietaria. La encargada de dar las llaves no sabía nada. Al final entramos a 14h30'.Llevabamos dos neveras con comida con hielo pero se fundió. Habíamos calculado para que llegara bien más o menos antes de las 13h pero tuvimos que tirar gran parte de la misma. La persona de consergeria no explico que el apartamento nuestro los anteriores inquilinos se fueron a la hora prevista, 10h y que ella no sabía que nosotros entrábamos a 12h. Así que a 12h no estaba preparado."
