"I booked my room via hotels.com app, 2 queen bed room. I typically never change the default 2 persons for my room reservations based on the 2 queen beds. Anyways the owners daughter insisted I pay $60 cash for 5 occupants in lieu of 4. Saying that the site would have charged me more, I debated for a bit and told her that wasn’t true but agreed to pay the fee. When I asked for a receipt for the $60 cash they refused. Then said they would provide upon check out they did not. They didn’t provide any extras for the “1” additional guest that a 2 Queen could accommodate. The room was very run down. The walls were patched and had holes in it. The door was very compromised as if it had been kicked in. The A/C wasn’t effective and the room was hot. The bathroom was disgusting and had mold on the shower curtain to which I had to visit the front desk twice and ask for a replacement so my kids could shower. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. The room had spider webs in many areas the walls had nails pertruding. Overall it was very underwhelming and not worth the money charged."
