🏡 Good to Know
•The tiny house offers a cozy, thoughtfully designed space that’s perfect for couples, families, and guests who enjoy tiny home living. The upstairs loft is open to the living area with low 4-foot ceilings and no railing on the left side of the top stair, so the home is not recommended for children age 3 & under.

•The entrance gate is shared with the neighboring home, but the driveway splits inside the gate and the tiny house has its own private driveway.

•Exterior cameras only monitor the driveway/front door area for security — never inside the home.
