Welcome to our brand-new home nestled in the serene beauty of Canyon Lake, Texas! Perfectly situated on the south of the lake for those seeking relaxation and hill country views. This 3/2 retreat promises a memorable stay for families, friends, or couples looking to escape the city. 10-min drive to Comal Park. Boat ramps are close by. Whether it's boating, fishing on the crystal-clear waters or floating the Guadlupe River this brand-new home is the perfect choice for your next getaway.
The space
The house has a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath. The second room has a queen bed with a desk and closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. The room also has an extra twin bed. Living room has a pull out bed. Outdoor has a charcoal grill.
Guest access
Guest have access to whole house except the garage. Garage is closed off to guest at this moment.
Back yard is currently being worked on so it is not fenced off yet.
Boat is not available to guests. Please do not go into the neighbors yard as it is not fenced in.

Doorbell security camera on front door.

Mini crib and toddler highchair in master bedroom closet.

Complimentary starter supply during your stay will be provided. Which may include, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and toilet paper. We do not restock complimentary items during your stay.

No events/parties allowed.

Must be 25 years old to book.

No pets allowed. Extra cleaning fee will be charged!

No Smoking allowed inside or near doors.

Smoking fee and pet fee will apply.

Quiet hours begin at 10pm.

Additional rules

● No parties or events allowed on property.
● No pets allowed.
● Strict No smoking policy. This includes vapes. No smoking allowed inside or anywhere near the doorways.
● Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
● Please use bunk beds for children only. 6 years and over and under 100 lbs on the top bunk
● Do not take white towels outside. Do not use white towels for the lake or pool.
● No parking on the grass or neighbors yard.
● Do not enter neighbors front or back yards since it’s not fenced in.
● Treat home with respect and respect neighbors.

Fees will apply if any house rules are broken.
