Bona Vista is a beautiful estate located on the outskirts of the charming village of Capdepera, just 3 km from one of the best golf courses in the area and very close to the beaches, restaurants and leisure areas of northeastern Mallorca.



In a tranquil environment surrounded by nature, this estate stands out for its spacious outdoor areas, meticulously maintained, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate at any time of the year.



The main feature of the garden is its spectacular 10x5 metre swimming pool, perfect for both swimming and playing with children, followed by a spacious sunbathing area where you can relax under the Mallorcan sun.



Before entering the house, a welcoming porch greets us, furnished with a large dining table, ideal for long meals or outdoor dinners. On one side, there is a built-in barbecue with a sink and preparation area, which provides comfort and functionality to family or friends' gatherings.



The interior of the property is characterised by its spaciousness and luminosity. The living-dining room combines comfort and style: a living area with comfortable sofas, satellite television and free Wi-Fi, and a spacious dining room with a large table for sharing special moments. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and a practical adjacent utility room.



Bona Vista can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, although the house has 5 charming bedrooms, decorated with taste and attention to detail.
