4/10 Poor

"Bad spot to stay, hotel had lots of potential but it is clear the current owners are not putting in an effort to keep it going. Stayed for 4 days and would not recommend this place. Location - good Room - dated and dirty Bed - frame was broken on arrival and we had to put it back together with spare chucks of wood under the bed from the last time it broke and was not repaired. Bathroom - dated, with bad plumbing and a loud squeal when tub was running. Breakfast-Awful we ate out 3 days after trying it day 1 of the stay. Amenities- None Parking - plentiful"

Glenghorm Beach Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect place to unwind with kids. Rooms were spacious and super clean, staff was helpful and proximity to the beach is A+. As a parent travelling with kids, this is best place for everyone to enjoy. They also have BBQ for each cottage which was an added bonus. The only downside was breakfast, as restaurants near this place either were closed or open late during off season."

"For anyone who doesn't want to read this fairly long review... SUMMARY: Great hotel, highly recommend. We will stay again --Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable --Breakfast was GREAT. Not just a continental- fresh omelets, that day they had sausages... a station to make a waffle.... and breakfast went until 10am, unlike other places that close up at 8-9 --Large parking lot - great if you're traveling in an oversized vehicle. --The pedway was a very nice touch to get to the restaurant - very good food, reasonable prices (except for the liquor menu- it's a bit more expense than average) --Staff was great - all three I interacted with were friendly, helpful, easygoing. -- Sadly, we never made it to the pool :( Anywho, I guess our review is just "We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, give it a try""
