"Small room with an even smaller shower but how much does this matter when you are staying in a pre revolutionary farmhouse with a great restaurant and tavern right downstairs?

"The owner is a very sweet women and her husband. The son also works there. They were a wealth of knoledge about the area. They also had beach chairs and beach towels you could borrow. We loved that we could swing by in the morning and borrow these items. "

"Absolutely fantastic experience. We have been coming to the Cape for many years and this was our best rental experience by far. The house was perfect and our hosts were incredibly hospitable. They really thought of everything from beach chairs to house bikes (including a bike lock). We would strongly recommend their home and plan to stay there again in the future. "
"We loved our stay! We stayed in a deluxe king and it was spacious and super clean. Housekeeping came everyday and the staff were always polite anytime we interacted with them. The pool was awesome! There is a small beach .9 miles away, which was easy to walk to. Rooms were not too noisy next door and I saw some reviews that said there were no hooks- but that issue was resolved because we had them! Coffee was great in the AM. It’s super close to the Wee Packet for breakfast / dinner and Sundae School ice cream. We loved our stay :) "
