"More like a B&B than a hotel, only 5 rooms. Owner Patrick met us at the door, expecting our arrival and was quick to help with bags or with a restaurant recommendation. Stayed in room #1 which was huge, with a very comfortable king size bed. Place is old (1774) so floors are uneven, staircase steep and narrow but bathroom while dated is sufficient and shower is strong with plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay there again. "
"My husband and I ended up driving out to the cape earlier than we had planned so we needed to find a last minute place to stay. The price was reasonable (a Wednesday at the end of August) and the location was ideal.
We were pleasantly surprised. The room was great! We booked a king room right near the pool. It was super quiet, great shower, and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio out front of our room when we arrived Wednesday evening and even managed to sneak in some time on the pool deck before we left.
The only small issue we had was trying to locate front desk personnel for check out morning but all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It is within walking distance to a small park and a quick drive to Cape Roots which is a great breakfast spot! "

The location is perfect - super walkable to shops, restaurants, and little spots to explore. Also, parking was convenient! The whole vibe is just the cutest coastal aesthetic, exactly what you want for a Cape getaway. Everyone we talked to was so friendly and helpful, and the customer service really stood out.
