It is close to shopping if you need to and great restaurants and the owner of the property always responded to my questions right away and very friendly. "Many dining options within 10-15 minutes drive or less. Also close to Walmart as well as other markets and stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my late check in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth. "

"We loved the beach front, hot tub and fire pit. We were fortunate to have excellent weather the entire stay so we were outdoors constantly. We also went 2-3 x to South Beach. The host made herself very available if needed. "

"We have stayed at this property several times now. In addition to a quiet location that's still near everything, it has the indoor pool that the kids love. Plus a firepit and the dock outside. Hosts always have excellent communication and are responsive to questions. Laundry on site, lots of towels, and a great place to relax. Would stay here again. "
