Attention: If you’re looking for a party house, do not book. This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Parties not allowed. Third party bookings not allowed.
No Smoking of Any kind. No Illegal Substances.
No Events or Parties.
Minimum renter age is 25.

No beverages or food allowed on rugs or non-dining furniture.

Trash & Recycling:
Pickup is on Tuesdays and MUST go out each week on Monday night. Absolutely no trash goes in the blue recycling bins.
There is a $100 fee if we need to call for an off-schedule pickup.

Pool: During cool season (if pool heat is purchased $25/day) the heater is preset so this may not be adjusted. Contact your host for temperature adjustments.

No food or drink in the pool area. Outdoor dining areas only.

Towels & clothing: No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please.

Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is 10 pm to 8 a.m.. No rowdy/noisy parties allowed.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis for $100 additional pet rent fee. They must be completely cleaned up after at all times. Must be fully house trained, on a leash at all times, crated indoors when not home with the pet. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. No pets allowed on the furniture or Bedding or in the pool. Two dogs maximum, 50lbs or less each.

No Refunds except for cancellation policy. Travel Insurance is recommended.

Please keep food and drinks to their designated areas, not the couch or bedrooms.

No candles, flames or burning of any kind allowed inside.

No fires on the property.

No check ins or checkouts allowed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial or Labor day.

No indoor furniture outside. No outside furniture inside.

Do not remove mattresses from beds at any time for any reason.

No leaving doors or windows open at any time when AC is on or maintaining a certain temperature inside. If outside temperature drops low enough to where you would like to have the sliding glass doors and windows open overnight, please contact your host.

No downloading illegal contact online, or violating any laws that would result in cancellation of internet services.

No third party bookings allowed.
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency..
