When everyone has returned from various adventures, the full kitchen will be just the ticket for socializing at the breakfast bar and whipping up tasty meals on modern appliances. Plus, a morning cup of coffee can easily be prepared using the Keurig coffee maker. When it is time to kick back and relax a bit, the living area features a plush sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities, and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard that can be opened up to let the cool breeze keep everyone comfortable.

Dock details: Dock available for sitting, standing and fishing. Please only use dock attached to property to avoid trespassing onto other properties.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A great space for family to gather!

This was a beautiful home that was perfect for our family over the Christmas week. The pool area was awesome and the kids had a blast swimming. There are plenty of lounging chairs around the pool! The boys liked the covered porch area to play cards. There is also a cornhole game in the garage, which we set up one day on the grass. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and utensils. The washer and dryer were excellent for washing our pool towels. The beds very very comfortable! The property manager was great at checking in with us! We would highly recommend this home!
