With 7 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms you’ll find there is plenty of space for your large family to sprawl out. The first floor offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and granite counters along with a custom center island built with seating for 6. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, two dishwashers, duel fuel oven, stove, microwave, toaster, toaster over, blender, food processor, citrus juicer, lobster pot, coffee maker and Keurig. The kitchen then opens to a formal dining area with a table large enough to seat 18 people. The first floor also offers a living room with a fireplace that opens up to an enclosed porch, a family room with a fireplace that leads to the outdoor pool area, a wet bar with a wine and drink chiller, powder room, laundry room with iron and ironing board and one master bedroom suite with bathroom and walk in closet. The second and third floors of the home offer 2 additional master suites with bathrooms (one with a tub) and walk in closets along with 4 more bedrooms and 2 extra bathrooms. Flat screen TV's located in each bedroom and in the family room, high speed internet with Wi-Fi throughout the house, hair dryers in all bathrooms, full-length mirrors in all master bedrooms and fans throughout the home. Also available is a crib and highchair, and built in gates at the stairs. The exterior boasts a large 16 x 32.heated pool that is equipped with a built-in sun deck and seating ledge, along with water features, then finished off with a pool bath house and enclosed outdoor shower. Plenty of pool deck space filled with lounge chairs and furniture, along with a natural gas BBQ grill, a perfect gathering spot to dine outside or just relax after a day at the beach. Ample parking for 6 with an attached 2-car garage that houses an additional full-size refrigerator along with a separate freezer. Also, on site, a mid size ping pong table, ladder ball and corn hole. Additionally, 2 beach boxes are available for your convenience and equipped with 12 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toys. Situated on the corner of Benton Avenue and Jefferson Street on a prestigious, raised berm and surrounded by a blue stone capped 24 brick retaining wall, finished off with an intricate and pristine landscape plan.
