Great water views will take your mind away from the daily hustle. Enjoy our deck for the sunrises and sunsets. New kitchen, living room, Master Bath, all bathrooms and Downstairs 3 Season Room. 90th birthday celebration

The property is in a wonderful location on the water with a gorgeous view. Lots of big windows to see that spectacular view. Well stocked kitchen and we loved the fie pit! My family loved their stay!

Family Vacation in New England

My family had a wonderful stay! We all flew in from different locations: Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Orlando for a family fall foliage trip. This home did not disappoint. The view alone makes every penny worth it. The amenities were very modern and nice, and all beds were comfortable to sleep in. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Family friendly, lovely view

Very family-friendly open layout on the main floor. The swings of the tide in the inlet the house overlooks provides a lovely and dynamic ocean view. Main bedroom upstairs has great cross ventilation and is a wonderful place to be lulled to sleep by the waves. Nice big table for everyone to eat outdoors in nice weather.

Amazing place and location

Had a really great time at this property on a family vacation. The house is beautiful, with many new updates and finishes. Incredible views and a really great location between Ogunquit and York and many beaches. Hosts were very responsive and ready to help. Highly recommended!

Family Vacation

View is spectacular and the outdoor space is better than the pictures. Enough room for multiple families with young kids (11 total) who loved exploring the rocks and tide pools. Short ride to minor and major beaches but very private. All of the amenities were in place and host was very responsive. Would recommend - especially if you have active kids. Bunkroom adn outdoor space is ideal for them.

A quiet and spacious retreat with an ocean view

Had a great time visiting the property, the spacious house was just what my group of friends needed for a quiet getaway. Plenty of room to cook, hang out, and slept 9 of us in our own beds. The outdoor amenities were the best part— a nice fire pit was the foreground to plenty of bird watching and star gazing. Property manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Thanks a for a great time!

Fantastic family time!

Very likely the best VRBO experience we have experienced! We had two sets of grandparents, one aunt, daughter and son-in-law and two grand kids under 2.5 yrs old. House was incredibly comfortable and the location was just as advertised. The home was spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. We even got to see the neighborhood fireworks from the backyard. Everything from communications to check-in/out was smooth and very clear.

Serenity in York

This house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. It has AC and is right on the water. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. My son loved the tide pools right behind the house. Would have preferred the owner provide soaps and laundry detergent and some blackout shades but that didn't stop us from really enjoying the property.

Perfect Shore Property

The location feels isolated but is less than 30 minutes to Portsmouth. The view is magnificent. The interior is being redone to a very hight standard. We've enjoyed all our rentals over the past decade, but this is the first we'd like to go back to. And the owner was extremely responsive to the couple of questions that came up during the stay.

Everything about the property exceeded expectations!! The house and property are stunning and very conveniently located. The checkin process was easy and there are ample written explanations for anything you might need. Finally, Craig was a great host, very attentive and quick to respond with any questions. A beautiful house in an idyllic setting

We rented this home for 5 nights in August. The house is well represented by the listing photos. The house is very clean and very well maintained. Craig, the owner checked in several times by text to ensure our stay was going well. The setting is incredibly beautiful with the ocean lapping the boulders of the Maine coast. We will certainly remember this property for the future!
