"Villa Siena" - Modern getaway with jacuzzi
This family home offers a warm comfortable atmosphere with 3 bedrooms, main en-suite leading out onto a private deck, air-conditioned and ample cupboard space. 2 bedrooms & bathroom with walk-in shower.
The lower level is perfect for the entertaining family with a welcoming bar area by the entrance, open plan entertainment area with Jacuzzi and gas barbecue (braai). Boasting a designer kitchen which is super functional and sociable for the whole family. Covered garden area & garage at night.
Our Three Bedroom house, Sleeps 6, its a 3 min walk from the promenade and countless shops, bars & restaurants. The Waterfront, Clifton Beaches and CBD are within 5-10 min by car.
Unlimited wifi included.
The house is light and fresh with wooden floors in all the bedrooms and tile throughout the open plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms in total each sleeping 2 adults/kids. The upstairs main bedroom is en suite and the other two bedrooms share a
bathroom and a shower. The house also has a stunning balcony.
A courtyard to the back of the property can also be used for a "Braai" aka barbecue and has one private & secure parking spot which is rare in this part of town.
Three Anchor Bay sits right between Green Point and Sea Point. Close to the ocean and promenade. Dozens of restaurants, bars and bistros are in the area, yet the road is quiet and tranquil. Shops and local amenities are all within easy walking distance (2-3 min) and include a Woolies (supermarket), pharmacy and 24 hour petrol station.
The MyCiti bus stops both on High Level Rd and Main Rd, so you have a choice of public transport. The bus easily connects you to the
Waterfront and CBD if you decide not to rent a car. Uber and taxis also readily service this area.
However, there is also always on-street parking available just outside the house. The parking bay is suitable for an average car, but may be a bit small for large vehicle, 4x4 or SUV.
You are welcome to use the fireplace during your stay, wood is not provided, but can be
purchased at the nearby store.
