"We chose this property due to the location in the river and proximity to Aspen. Being able to walk across the bridge to the shops and restaurants was great and an added bonus. The kitchen is a little outdated, but it kind of adds to the charm of the house. We enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the river. We would stay here again for sure. "

"The location cannot be beat. This property sits right on the river, which is perfect for strolling the trails after work or doing whatever needs to be done during the day. The only concern for me was the level of humidity. There is no A/C and the fans are great, but the ope windows were not helping cool things off, since it was very humid for my entire stay. Other than that, it was perfecrt. "

"Cute home with nice views, good space for 2 couples and 2 singles. Located close enough to 82 to be convenient but away enough to be quiet. All the amenities we needed and more. A couple of problems arose with appliances, but owners were quick to respond. Would be happy to stay again"

"This is definitely a nice home and for the price, it was more than what we needed. Good communication from host. You can tell this place was recently renovated and they are still trying to completely furnish it. The outdoor area could benefit from a table and more chairsIt was bare bones when it came to toilet paper, paper towel and things you would need for the kitchen like salt/pepper. We also couldn't find the iron/ironboard. It's possible it was hidden somewhere but it was not in the normal places and we checked most everywhere. I'm sure the property will only get better as they continue to furnish it. The only other complaint would be the 10am check-out time. We requested a late check-out the day before check-out and were firmly denied because the cleaning crew was getting in at that time. We waited outside the BnB until our ride arrived and we didn't see a cleaning crew. "
