The apartment is located on the first and second floors of the building. Access is via a separate entrance.

Recently renovated, the apartment is new and comfortable.
To access the apartment, you climb a staircase to the private entrance.
The space opens onto a spacious living room with windows and a comfortable kitchenette. Also on the first floor and adjacent to the living room is the first double bedroom, which also includes a full bathroom with a shower.
Climbing the spiral staircase, we reach the second floor of the building, where there are two additional double bedrooms: one spacious room with a double bed and the second with two single beds. There is also a half-bath.

The building has a garage where you can park motorcycles and/or bicycles. The space is small and not suitable for cars.
On the first floor, there is a spacious and inviting outdoor dining area available to guests, which is shared with all guests of CASA di Nonno Angelo.
There is also a laundry area with a washing machine on the first floor of the building.
The washing machine is shared with the other guests at CASA di Nonno Angelo.
