"The hotel is perfectly located for many of Madrid's popular visitor attractions and landmarks and was excellent value for the price. Almost every location, landmark and area we wanted to visit was within a 10-20 minute walk. And the stop for the airport express bus was a leisurely 10 minutes stroll away. Our room was clean and tidy and appeared to have been renovated relatively recently. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had a problem with a broken bed when we arrived, but...
