"We really enjoyed the room and hotel, but unfortunately were checked out before we left the room and housekeeping came in while we were still asleep in bed."

"The breakfast was amazing! Hot scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, fried potatoes, mini pancakes, a selection of meats, fruits, yogurts, english muffins, toast, bagels, and juices! The gym was great! Free weights, treadmill, machines. There's a pool with a water slide. The rooms were very clean. The shower was the best shower I've had in ages! And the staff was friendly.I can't say enough about this hotel. We were very pleased."

"The gym was under construction with no email warning. As someone who works out every day this was frustrating to not have an email heads up and no compensation "

"Overall is a pleasing experience, room is clean, bed mattress is very comfy and supportive, even those pillows are in decent good shape to support neck. Staff are friendly, breakfast was fresh. The only thing I would say is bathroom a little bit small but still pretty clean "

"I was on a trip with my son as a gift from my wife who made arrangements. The room was booked, paid for, and i completed the check in online, where i was told i just had to pick up keys. On arrival i was asked to produce my wife's credit card (which the bank does NOT allow) for verification. As my wife was 5 hours away with HER credit card this was not possible. I therefore had to cancel the paid for booking- which is non-refundable because it wasnt 24 hrs in advance - and pay for the room on the spot, plus the $200 dd. If i need the credit card dont tell me that 'all i have to is pick up keys' . "

"The tenant downstairs communicated that her area was too hot and could we turn down the heat which was 19C. Just FYI the pepper mill was broken and released a lot of peppercorns at once."
