I stayed Friday till Monday and it was lovely the room and bathroom was excellent. Very clean and very comfortable and the staff were also excellent very friendly. When i booked the hotel i didn't know the size of the hotel or the hotel room the room was really small i felt claustrophobic the whole time i was there if the rooms were bigger it would be great its not for me,all the staff were the friendliest ive ever met in any hotel really welcoming and helpful and friendly

Nice staff. Good quality. Decent rooms (it's very small with no appliances eg kettle or fridge (but iron is available on request). Mattress are fine (but not best) I took a windowless room (which is in the basement). It's great room...for a single night. The fact that you are in a basement with no sunlight would make it difficult to stay longer. For price, quality and service is great.

Very much a budget hotel, basic but very clean. No frills so no restaurant for breakfast or dinner plus no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Lots of places within walking distance and less than 10 minutes walk from Cardiff city centre. I limed it amd id stay again even though the beds were a tad on the hard side.

Their blackout curtains were the best I’ve experienced on this trip. I’d have preferred an 11:00 checkout time like everywhere else I’ve stayed. Their policy of charging for bag storage is outrageous, but I was able to check in slightly early, so it wasn’t an issue.
