Hotel Riu Palace Aruba - All Inclusive

"The hotel just completed a major renovation, so everything was beautiful and brand new. The staff were all fabulous, very welcoming, attentive and happy to help ensure everyone in our family of five (all adults) had a wonderful time. The specialty restaurants were fabulous and it was nice having everything on site. We did venture out to check out the nearby areas at night and it was nice to have everything walking distance. We felt incredibly safe. The only reason I gave the amenities a 4 star is because they could use some additional shade. If you don’t go down to the beach at 6am to claim your spot, you will not be able to get shade for the day and may have trouble getting a chair at all. I did appreciate the fact the staff never made you feel obligated to tip, but were incredibly grateful if you did. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for our first trip to Aruba and we would definitely do it again!"

"Everything was fantastic! Amenities and food were great! Staff was very kind and helpful. But i feel a bit understaffed from the cleaning department, for example in the restaurants when food from tables fell on the floor, nobody would clean it up throughout my entire stay at that particular restaurant, especially in the Ventanas restaurant"

"Breathless is a beautiful resort with many activities going on. Great for those that love a swim bar scene with live dancers! The food at the restaurant was good. Some of the recipes still need refined. For foodies. the all-inclusive package may not be the way to go. We had some more authentic food outside of the resort. One thing that stood out were the attentive and friendly staff. They make you feel pampered for those trying to get away."

"The room was very clean and spacious with a great view. I wish meal plans were available and more eateries on site. JWB Prime has excellent food and you can get great deals for happy hour for family. Our waiter Giles was outstanding! Victoria and JuJu at Joes Bakery were great as well try the tuna melt on a plain bagel there if you are a tuna melt fan you should love it! Overall, we had a good trip!"

"The staff at the Fairmont were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned and maintained daily. Loved having the beach steps from the hotel and access to beach chairs and umbrellas. The property was well maintained and beautiful! I wished the parking fees for guests were more reasonable."

"Todo bien, no me gusto no tienen buenos espectaculos por las noches se tornado algo aburrido,en ocaciones muy frequented el agua de la llave de bañarse duele muy mal ,a fosa,no siempre pero pasa frecuente y lo ultimo la musica es solo Regue nunca escucharas otro genero y mucho menos Hispana por lo demas todo muy bueno"
