"The house met all my needs. Rooms were clean. Furniture is comfortable TV worked. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking, and there were even some extra supplies of all sorts there. A few nights it was cold, but the gas stove gave heat to the room. It was very quiet and private. The cost is reasonable. If I am in Nederland again, I will stay there. There are some nice restaurants and shops and a good grocery store. Peak the peak Highway goes right through there. Boulder is 30 minutes down the canyon."
