"The room wasn't clean at all. I needed more soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed sheets needed cleaning, and the bathroom and curtain smelled terrible. I'd tell Expedia to drop this hotel from their list. It was a disaster, and I paid $150 for it. I'd rather stay in a hostel. The room I booked was so dirty. I complained, and they gave me another room, but that one was bad too. I had to clean the bathroom wall myself and use my own spray to make it smell decent because it stank so bad. I want my money back for this stay. I HAVE raised complaint in application. "

"We recently stayed here and overall it was good. The cottage is beautiful and location was very nice. The stay had a few small issues. We had no soap in the showers and only one shower had shampoo. We contacted the property management and they said they would bring some, however they never did. There was garbage left from the previous visitors that wasn't cleaned before arrival. The hot tub was nice, however it definitely was not able to keep the temperature very long. After 10 minutes the temperature would drop below 100f. This made it difficult to fully enjoy it. Overall it was nice, but there are some issues that would need to be rectified for a return visit. "

"The setting is beautiful and the greater area provides everything for a great quality winter vacation, which is what we came for! A word of caution for future winter guests/renters staying after a freezing rain event: to get up the hills to the chalet, have good, newish winter tires, disable the automatic-braking feature for slipping, and drive confidently, ideally with an all-wheel drive mode.
