    New House is a wonderful, detached cottage set in an elevated position, with spectacular far-reaching views, 12 miles from Brampton in Cumbria. With five bedrooms, two with en-suites, the property can sleep ten people. There's also a family bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom and a large open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove. Alongside this is a separate sitting room with a woodburner, a study and a dining room with an open fire. Outside, the cottage sits amongst large, well-kept gardens with a patio and furniture, along with ample off road parking plus lockable bike storage. New House is a superb choice for family groups seeking a long-awaited gathering in a beautiful area. PLEASE NOTE: The water supply to the property is from a spring.



    The Neighborhood:

    The attractive, unspoilt rural village of Brampton is ideally placed for exploring the Eden Valley, Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. The village has a pub, which serves good food, and is just two miles from the historic town of Appleby. With the delightful Pooley Bridge, Penrith and the magnificent Lake District within easy reach, this is an ideal holiday location.

New House Bewcastle

New house is a substantial property with magnificent views of the countryside. Ideal for those that want to be away from suburbia. Comfortable but with masses of space to spread out too. We were lucky with clear sky nights, star gazing and listening to the owls hooting. We would return in a heartbeat.
