  • NEWLY REMODELED! This airy townhome exudes SoCal beach vibe and is right across the beach, only steps to the sand! Enjoy panoramic ocean and sunset views from the outdoor deck, living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom. You can hear the ocean waves at night from this condo! Located on the main beach promenade and within easy walking distance (5~ blocks) to downtown Carlsbad Village and restaurants. Three comfortable and spacious bedrooms (1 master with king bed and panoramic ocean views, 1 large King guest bedroom and 1 Queen guest bedroom, all with full closets!). Three full bathrooms (including master bathroom), each with shower or tub. Free unlimited high-speed WiFi (streaming quality), in-unit washer and dryer, private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, private back yard with patio dining and propane grill for family barbecues! Unit comes stocked with beach umbrella, backpack beach chairs, boogie boards, and board games; each guest receives their own beach towel and bath towel. All renters must sign waiver committing to comply with house rules (including no noise, no smoking and not pets) and pay security deposit. Condo fronts the main boulevard in Carlsbad so there can be traffic noise. House is not child-proof, parents must sign extra waiver. Beautiful Beach Condo !

This was such a beautiful home away from home. Directly across from the beach , close to Carlsbad village, and plenty of room for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Will definitely be renting again.

Family Fun

Our family loved this place. It was very clean, beautiful view, and great deck and comfortable furniture, inside and out. Our granddaughters enjoyed the boogie boards and the beach access across the street was so convenient. The proximity to the village and restaurants, plus shopping made it even better. Nancy is an excellent host!

Fabulous location to beach, shopping and restaurants. No car needed, never had to deal with parking. Condo very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Owner very responsive. Hope to be back!

Great Carlsbad Beach House

Well-stocked, roomy house with recently remodeled kitchens and bathrooms right on the PCH. Remarkable views of the ocean from floor to ceiling windows in living area and master bedroom. Ocean facing balcony and rear patio with barbecue. My family had a wonderful time here.

Beautiful and perfect!

This house was wonderful! Very clean and freshly remodeled. It’s right across the street from the beach and a 10 minute walk to downtown Carlsbad. The property manager Nancy was wonderful to work with. We plan to stay here again!

Best stay ever!

Stay here!!!!! This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at! The view of the water and close proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Nancy is an amazing host and made us feel welcome before we even checked in, making it a smooth and flawless stay for our group of 5 adults and two kiddos. We look forward to coming back!

Fantastic location, beautiful view, spacious house

We had 5 adults at the house over the Christmas holiday. There was plenty of space, the location was fantastic with easy walking access to the Carlsbad restaurants and shops. Beautiful beach and walkways right across the street. 2 car driveway was helpful and easy to get in/out of. The sunsets were awesome! Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful place!

The home was absolutely beautiful! We loved the location. It was so close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The kitchen is packed with everything you need. The host was very responsive and helpful. You do back out onto a busy road but it was never a problem. There were always gaps in traffic that made it easy. I would highly recommend this home.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Everything's from booking to check out was so smooth. Nancy, our host was very prompt with getting back to us on any questions or concerns. The property was a perfect location amd it was so nice that she had plenty of supplies such as toilet, paper, paper towel, dish soap, etc.. I'd HIGHLY recommend this property!! Thank you!

A View to Die For

The photographs for this property were very accurate. It is right across the street from the ocean and you have an amazing view from the living room, kitchen and primary bedroom. We all took advantage of the balcony facing the ocean, watching the surfers and the crashing waves. Just beautiful!

Wonderful experience!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place is beautiful. View is amazing. Condo is well equipped. Very modern. Need to back up into a bit of a busy street but light nearby stops traffic. Not a problem. Very comfortable. Owner responsive and attentive. Will use again in the future.

Perfect for us

We are 3 senior couples, and were so happy to find a 3bed/3full bath listing. Just so you know, the description online doesn’t do this home justice. The living room/kitchen is huge, and all about the ocean view!! The entire home is lovely. Each bedroom was elegant and clean, the bathrooms were large and newly remodeled. The kitchen is spectacular - fully stocked too. We are already starting to plan for next year. Also important: the manager Nancy is a delight and very helpful!!

Beautiful sunsets!

Overall we had a good experience and communication with Nancy was great! We enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean and sunsets until the last 2 days and then it was foggy and cloudy, but still had a great time walking on the beach & visiting Carlsbad village and the local restaurants. FYI, in case someone wants to sleep downstairs and put children, or noisy people upstairs in the back bedroom, you can hear every single sound downstairs in that bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us except for the first night when toilet was flushed! ha!!

Perfect Beach Rental

We stayed a week in late July and it was the best rental we have stayed at in all of Carlsbad. You cannot beat the location or the view of the ocean. The place was renovated and it is stunning. The kitchen is state of the art. We used the air fryer option on the oven and it worked great for breaded chicken, French fries and a couple other meals. The house is well equipped with beach toys, boogie boards, towels, umbrella. Literally walk across the street to access the beach. And even though it’s in Carlsbad boulevard it’s not even noisy, especially in the morning and night. We kept the sliding door open to bring in refreshing ocean breeze every morning and night. The rooms are good sizes and a bathroom for each room. The shower outside is great as well as you can get hot water which helps when you have little kids trying to get sand off of them. The private backyard is a great bonus to grill food and keep beach stuff and dry towels, beach gear and swimsuits. Nancy was very helpful and responsive. She is a fantastic host! This will be our fist option all the time when we visit Carlsbad next. Can’t wait!!!

The moment you walk in the door, you know you’re on vacation!!

You are immediately greeted by a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. There is a two car wide driveway so no need to worry about parking. The beach is right across the street and a half block walk to the crosswalk and staircase down. The living room furniture is both functional and comfortable great for relaxing with the door to the balcony open and the ocean breeze coming in. The kitchen is well stocked with all the plates, pots, and pans, and utensils you will need. all three bedrooms have ample closet space. The master bedroom is huge with wonderful windows that look right out to the ocean. all three bathrooms were spotless, clean and the first floor bathroom walk-in shower was perfect for my elderly mother-in-law. There was plenty of hot water even with three and sometimes four showers going at the same time. The outdoor space, which includes a propane grill, a shower with hot water and the great furniture on the balcony all contribute to making this an incredible vacation house, you won’t be disappointed. Lastly a note about the owner we have rented houses all over the country have yet to meet a more concerned and responsive owner. we stayed during hurricane Hillary and the owner was in constant contact with us to make sure we have everything we need and were safe. If you think customer service no longer exists, you will be pleasantly surprised by Nancy. Looking forward to staying again.

Short stay with family, including an active Marine

Our family, including my wife and I, my son and his partner, and his son (my grandson, an active Marine) spent three nights at this rental with a spectacular view of the ocean. We had a great time. The unit is well furnished; with a large kitchen, a nice island and all the appliances we needed. All of the bedrooms are quite sizeable, with two kings and a queen bed. Located right on Carlsbad Blvd, it is about as close as you can get to the ocean. It is about a15 minute walk to Carlsbad Village.The unit was perfect for our short stay. Would have been five stars except for these two negatives:(1) communication with the host was limited, due to her travelling abroad during our stay. She provided secondary contact info if we needed assistance. About three hours before check-in, it looked like we might arrive early, and I texted this contact to inquire if we could check in early (only about 30 minutes) but got no reply. Finally, I called the secondary contact and asked about checking in early, but the communication was less than adequate, she said she would check but never got back to me. However, it all turned out fine, because the door code worked, even though we arrived early. (2) the location- being right on Carlsbad Blvd, a busy thoroughfare, backing out of the driveway can be problematic. Visibility to the south is bad due to the neighbor's wall and shrubs...so it helps to have someone outside of the vehicle monitoring traffic.
