We love using the front balcony to watch the surfers and birds flying overhead. The house has everything one needs to relax. "Staff was amazing. Hotel rooms were nice and cleaned. Beds were more on the not so comfy side (too worn out). Restaurant on site TERRIBLE! My husband and 3kids walked in for dinner. They said wait was 10-15 min. Ok fine, we waited, about 1 hour & there were only 2-3 tables with customers ( inside) plus more in outside patio bar. My point is we waited for a while past 9pm & they couldn’t sit us down. We walked out dissatisfied! Terrible customer service!!! We ended up ordering room service because it was too late to head out somewhere."
