This is disappointing, since replacement of this item will take days, or possibly weeks, if it can be replaced at all. Either the cleaning staff decided to keep it for themselves, or the front staff doesn't want to be bothered to return it, even though that would be done entirely at my cost, the price of which was entirely up to them.
