"Upon check-in, we learned that the pool was closed for maintenance and one of their two elevators was also out of order. We went to our room to unload our luggage and settle in. My daughter used the bathroom and said that the toilet bowl was not clean. I went in after to see a very clean bathroom overall, but a toilet bowl that was apparently previously used by someone that had a sick stomach. Either it was never cleaned by the housekeeping staff or someone used it after it was cleaned. ...
